Operating the Bomb Erig

Assembling

The Bomb Erig arrives fully assembled and has all the needed accessories available. If you cleaned it after the previous session, getting everything in place is easy.

There is the 18mm ceramic atomizer that has its designated screwing area. It has a 360-degree sidewall heating capability. That means you can use it to burn your wax and tap into the flavors fully.

The glass top goes to the side but is still in the top position. Above it is a mouthpiece for inhaling and filling the glass with cooling water. Various glass designs are also available as accessories from the Bomb's official website.

Once those two parts are ready, fill the glass chamber with water and use the dab tool to load the atomizer. Then, close the atomizer using the carb cap attached to it. It’s rotatable as you inhale to maximize the heat distribution as your favorite concentrate burns.

Usage

Once everything is set up, it’s time for the session. To power up, you must click the multi-purpose button five times. After that, you will see the glowing lights via the glass top. At this point, you can select the preferred heating mode.

Long-pressing the button will deliver the manual way. Auto heating is also possible when you double-click the button. Once you activate it, you will see a white light signal.

If you want to set a precise temperature, that’s where the fun is. Clicking the button three times gets you to the temperature setting mode. If you click the button four times during this mode, the device switches the temperature calibration from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

Adjusting the temperature is as simple as pressing the button once for a single-degree increment or decrement. If you long-press it, the temperature will increase or decrease continuously.

It’s worth mentioning that the Bomb Erig can remember the temperature you set the next time you power it up.

Exiting the temperature setting mode requires waiting three seconds. After that, wait for the green light, signaling it’s time to inhale. As you take the puffs via the glass top, rotate the carb cap to maximize the heat distribution on the concentrate.

The Sessions

There are four Bomb Erig variations. The black one, with its 2300mAh battery, will deliver 16 sessions. The same applies to the white Bomb.

The Teal version delivers 20 sessions using a 3500mAh battery. The Rainbow deal has the same battery capacity as the Teal but will give 25-30 sessions.

All the Bomb Erigs are rechargeable using the USB-C port and cable included in the package.  

Cleaning and Maintenance

Once the session ends, click the button five times to power it off and let it cool off. Next, use the cotton swabs to clean the atomizer. If the gunk remains, soak the cotton swabs in isopropyl alcohol and wipe the inner ceramic walls until all the brown residue is out.

For better results, soak the glass top for a few hours in isopropyl alcohol mixed with salt. Then, wash the airhole using the bristle brush in the package.

Once the glass is clean, rinse and let it dry before assembling it on the electric base. Do not clean the base with water, as that will ruin the internal electric parts and the battery.
